Onepoint Office and Onepoint Factory applications have been tested and refined to provide 'first time' operators with a very simple learning curve. Because the systems are installed preconfigured to your businesses unique profile there is little to do once installation is complete other than start using it. During installation Onepoint engineers will be on site and once live will lead the system familiarisation process with your department heads. Tutorials are kept short and simple. Staff don't so much as learn the systems as use them intuitively!

Support is built into the package. Onepoint support staff know our system inside out. Put a call through and it will be answered by someone with direct 'client side' experience of our systems. In addition to direct person to person support our e-mail help desk is highly rated by users.
